Cancellation policy

some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. this cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

preorders are a way to fund an item in order to produce or restock it by paying for it in full, with a discount. because of that, there is a risk that a preorder item may not be funded to completion, and cannot be sent out. in the event of a preorder item not being fully funded, all preorders of that item will be refunded, and the item will not be made or shipped out.

orders containing a preorder item will be sent out when all items in the order are available. for an estimate of when new products on preorder will be available, check the description of the item. restock preorders are open ended, and updates will be posted on social media. if you would like to receive non preorder items before the preorder item becomes available, please order those items separately.

you can cancel a preorder that hasn't been shipped yet. once you have received a shipment notice for your order containing a preorder, you can no longer cancel the order. please refer to the refund policy for information on refunds and exchanges.
