Cancellation policy

preorders are a way to fund an item in order to produce or restock it. because of that, there is a risk that a preorder item may not be funded to completion, and cannot be sent out. in the event of a preorder item not being fully funded, all preorders of that item will be refunded, and the item will not be made or shipped out.

orders containing a preorder item will be sent out when all items in the order are available. for an estimate of when preorder items will be available, check the description of the item. if you would like to receive non preorder items before the preorder item becomes available, you're welcome to order those items separately.

you can cancel a preorder that hasn't been shipped yet. once you have received a shipment notice for your order containing a preorder, you can no longer cancel the order.
