Refund policy

i do not accept returns or exchanges. this is a really tiny business, so as much as i'd like to, i'm not able to afford to do so.

orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. if you have received a shipping notification on your order, i can't cancel it. that said, if you would like to cancel an order and it hasn't shipped yet, please don't hesitate to reach out.
