Shipping policy

shipping is available to only the united states, the united kingdom, canada and the caribbean due to limitations put in place from the covid-19 pandemic that haven't been lifted.

shipping to the u.s., u.k. and canada takes 1-3 weeks from posting. shipping to the caribbean takes 1-2 weeks from posting. shipping to st lucia takes 5-7 days from posting. orders are most often posted on mondays and thursdays, but please allow for up to 7 days for orders to be posted.

please pay attention to the status of your order. st lucia is a small island developing nation, and so our postal service doesn't have the infrastructure available to send up to date emails about shipping status.

if your item has been returned to me, i'm happy to resend it for the cost of shipping, or refund you for the purchase if you prefer. on receipt of a returned item, i email the address associated with the order to determine next steps, but i do not check for returned orders often, so i recommend keeping an eye on tracking so that it doesn't get returned, and so that if it does, i can resend it in a timely manner.

some items in this store, specifically standard posters, postcards and greeting cards, are print on demand items. these items ship separately from other items, from a secondary location, and delivery times vary. these items cannot be picked up.

orders containing a preorder item will be sent out when all items in the order are available. for an estimate of when preorder items will be available, check the description of the item. if you would like to receive non preorder items before the preorder item becomes available, you're welcome to order those items separately.
